I was a bit disappointed by the ending, I thought it was a bit rushed.
Amina Hassan Mar 12, 2026
I'm not convinced by the way the movie portrays the 'Mercy' system as a solution to the problems of the legal system. It feels like a simplistic answer to a complex issue.
Máté Horváth Mar 12, 2026

Maame Serwaa Mar 12, 2026

I loved the exploration of the consequences of losing our humanity in the face of technology, it's a really scary thought.
Sakura Ito Mar 13, 2026
I loved the action scenes in the movie! The combination of martial arts and advanced tech was so cool.
Valentina Santos Mar 13, 2026
I was a bit disappointed by the lack of subtlety in the film's message. It felt like the movie was hitting me over the head with its themes rather than subtlety exploring them.
Liam Wilson Mar 13, 2026
Has anyone else noticed the similarities between the 'Mercy' system and some of the more extreme elements of our current justice system?
Yacine Haddad Mar 13, 2026
The cinematography was amazing, the visuals really added to the tension and suspense.
Pedro Alves Mar 13, 2026
I was a bit skeptical about the AI at first, but by the end of the movie I was fully invested in its journey.

Roshan Shrestha Mar 13, 2026
The acting in this movie was superb, I thought everyone did a great job.
Dion Maharaj Mar 13, 2026
Love the way the movie explores the intersection of technology and morality.
Kiptoo Rono Mar 13, 2026
The near-future setting really added an extra layer of depth to the story, it made it feel more realistic.
Mariame Diabaté Mar 13, 2026
I loved the way the movie explored the theme of redemption. It's a really important topic that we don't see enough in movies.
Wei Zhang Mar 13, 2026
I found the movie's use of futuristic settings and special effects to be quite impressive. However, I felt like it detracted from the story at times.
Katarzyna Kowalczyk Mar 13, 2026
I'm still thinking about the implications of an AI judge system. Has anyone else considered the potential consequences of such a system?
Gabriel Oliveira Mar 13, 2026
@Katarzyna Kowalczyk, I agree with you that it's an important consideration. We need to think carefully about the potential consequences of relying on AI to make decisions about people's lives.
Sophie van den Berg Mar 13, 2026
The cast was fantastic, but I felt like the supporting characters were underdeveloped. Did anyone else notice?
Pedro Santos Mar 18, 2026
Loved the way they explored the human side of the AI decision-making process. It's a fascinating commentary on the blurred lines between compassion and justice.
Mykhailo Bondarenko Mar 18, 2026
One thing that surprised me was how relatable Detective Christopher was, despite being a somewhat unlikeable character. His vulnerability made him more human, even in a world where empathy is seen as a luxury.
Akosua Boateng Mar 18, 2026
What struck me was how the film portrays a future where empathy is seen as a weakness, rather than a strength. It's a chilling reminder of where we might be headed if we continue down this path.
Otieno Oduya Mar 18, 2026
I loved the way the film examined the consequences of relying too heavily on technology. It's a warning that we ignore at our own peril.
Jabari Kimani Mar 18, 2026
I'm not sure what to make of the film's exploration of AI rights. On one hand, it's an interesting thought experiment, but on the other, it feels like we're anthropomorphizing something that's fundamentally different from us.
Mehmet Yilmaz Mar 18, 2026
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the implications of Mercy's logic. It's a clever commentary on the biases within our own justice systems, but I worry it might be lost on some viewers.
Eszter Tóth Mar 19, 2026
I've seen some bleak portrayals of the future in my time, but this one might take the cake. Mercy feels like a desperate attempt to keep society from collapsing, but at what cost?
Chidinma Okafor Mar 19, 2026
I was on the edge of my seat during the trial scenes. The acting and direction were superb.
Nalukui Chisanga Mar 19, 2026
@Chidinma Okafor Me too! The suspense was expertly crafted, and the reveal at the end was both shocking and thought-provoking.
Temitope Ogunlade Mar 19, 2026
Thank you, @Nalukui Chisanga. It was a challenging role, but our director brought out the best in all of us. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Daniel Medina Mar 18, 2026
@Temitope Ogunlade I'm not sure what's more impressive - your performance or the way the film tackles complex issues like justice and morality. Can we get a sequel?
Thiago Gomes Mar 19, 2026
@Daniel Medina I'm with you! Mercy had me thinking long after the credits rolled. What a thought-provoking film.
Valentina Rojas Mar 19, 2026
The themes of power and control were timely and uncomfortable to watch. Mercy feels like a commentary on our own societies' willingness to sacrifice individual freedoms for the sake of security.
Ingrid Berg Mar 19, 2026
The pacing was well-balanced, but I felt like some character development was sacrificed at the altar of plot progression. Still, the mystery itself was engaging, even if the ending felt a bit rushed.
Youssef Mansour Mar 19, 2026
The visual effects were stunning, but I felt like they sometimes overshadowed the story itself. That being said, the cinematography was gorgeous and added to the atmosphere of unease throughout.
Fang Li Mar 19, 2026
The technology is certainly impressive, but I'm not convinced it's the solution to our societal problems. It's a Band-Aid on a bullet wound, if you ask me.
Lungelo Zulu Mar 19, 2026
I loved how Mercy was used as a representation of technology taking over our lives, but I feel like the film could've explored more of Christopher's character
Hui Chen Mar 19, 2026
Mercy raises important questions about the role of technology in our society. I appreciated the thought-provoking themes and visuals
Park Minji Mar 19, 2026
@Hui Chen I think the visuals were stunning, but the pacing was a bit uneven at times. Did anyone else have that issue?
Oliver Smith Mar 19, 2026
@Park Minji I agree about the pacing, but I think it added to the overall sense of unease. The tension was palpable at times.
Jun Wang Mar 19, 2026
I was initially skeptical about the idea of an AI judge, but the film did a great job of making it feel believable and necessary
Nomvula Khumalo Mar 20, 2026
I had a few issues with some of the supporting characters feeling a bit one-dimensional, but overall it was a great film
Bikash Adhikari Mar 19, 2026
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the AI system in Mercy. Is it a game-changer or a recipe for disaster?
Caleb Turner Mar 19, 2026
@Bikash Adhikari I think it's a bit of both. The system is efficient, but lacks empathy and human nuance.
Sophie van den Berg Mar 19, 2026
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the implications of Mercy on our justice system, it's definitely made me think
Ethan Pelletier Mar 19, 2026
I loved the performances in Mercy, especially Temitope Ogunlade as Detective Christopher
Yacine Haddad Mar 19, 2026
@Ethan Pelletier I completely agree. The cast did an amazing job in bringing this futuristic world to life. Did anyone else notice the hidden themes of justice and morality?
Alejandro González Mar 19, 2026
The action scenes were really well choreographed, but I wish there was a bit more to the plot beyond the main mystery
Kayla Martinez Mar 19, 2026
I was on the edge of my seat the entire time, the twist was unexpected and really added to the tension
Amir Jafari Mar 19, 2026
It's concerning to think about how quickly we're relying on AI to decide our fates. What are the long-term consequences?
Rania Gharbi Mar 19, 2026
@Amir Jafari Great point! It's a cautionary tale about the dangers of unchecked technological advancement. What did you think of the movie's portrayal of the AI's 'empathy' system?
Anika Williams Mar 20, 2026
I was on the edge of my seat throughout the movie. The tension between Detective Christopher and the AI was palpable.
Vivian Lau Mar 20, 2026
Can someone explain to me what the ending meant? I wasn't sure if Christopher was trying to expose the truth or just play by the rules.
Neha Mehta Mar 20, 2026
I think Vivian makes a great point! The ending was definitely ambiguous and open to interpretation. Did anyone else feel like there was more to the story than what was shown?
Isaiah Washington Mar 20, 2026
I think that was the point: leaving it open to interpretation. It adds to the complexity of the AI and its impact on society.
Gbenga Lawal Mar 21, 2026
I loved the premise of "Mercy" but I feel like the pacing could've been better. The two-hour trial felt rushed and underwhelming.
Isaiah Washington Mar 21, 2026
An interesting critique, but I think the point of the film is to show how the AI system would actually work in practice. Not always pretty or efficient.
Ayanda Vilakazi Mar 21, 2026
I agree with Gbenga, but only up to a point. I think the film did a great job of highlighting the flaws in the system, even if it was a bit unrealistic.
Achieng Oluoch Mar 21, 2026
I'm still trying to process the themes presented in the film. Has anyone read the book this is based on? Might help clarify some things.
Efua Quansah Mar 21, 2026
Has anyone seen the director's cut? I've heard it has some deleted scenes that offer more clarity on the ending.
Luke Martin Mar 21, 2026
I've seen both the theatrical and director's cuts. Honestly, the extras didn't change much for me. The ending still felt a bit inconclusive.
Dawit Bekele Mar 22, 2026
Where was the emotional depth in this film? The characters felt so one-dimensional to me.
Katarzyna Kowalczyk Mar 22, 2026
What a twist at the end! I didn't see it coming. The movie kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end.
Elena Dinu Mar 23, 2026
I was on the fence about this movie until the second half. The plot thickened and I couldn't look away.
Genevieve Nnaji Jr Mar 22, 2026
This movie reminded me of Black Mirror, but with a more hopeful tone. I liked how the characters were relatable and multidimensional.
Thandi Dlamini Mar 22, 2026
I loved the futuristic setting of Mercy, but the pacing was a bit rushed for me. I wish they explored more of the themes of AI bias.
Sophie Anderson Mar 22, 2026
I was really invested in the case and didn't mind the rapid trial. The verdict made sense in the end.
Amelia Jones Mar 23, 2026
I think the film was raising questions about the nature of justice, not trying to solve everything with a neat bow.
Wei Zhang Mar 22, 2026
The action scenes in Mercy were so well-choreographed. I loved the way the detective used his skills to outsmart the system.
Sumaiya Akter Mar 23, 2026
I wish there was more resolution to the case. I wanted to see the detective find justice for the victims.
Rui Costa Mar 23, 2026
The world-building in Mercy was incredible. I loved how the filmmakers created a rich, immersive environment.
Louis Bernard Mar 23, 2026
I'm still trying to process my feelings about the film. On one hand, I loved the commentary on the flaws of our justice system. On the other hand, I feel like the movie glossed over some of the more nuanced issues.
Ifeoma Chukwu Mar 23, 2026
Just when I thought AI was the future, Mercy took it too far. The trial process was so rushed, I couldn't even follow.
Lukas Müller Mar 22, 2026
@Ifeoma Chukwu actually that's the point of Mercy. It's meant to be efficient, not entertaining.
Sebastián Torres Mar 22, 2026
@Stacy Offei yeah I felt the same way. It was like they were trying to wrap everything up too quickly.
Jean de Dieu Murenzi Mar 23, 2026
I loved the themes of technology versus human instinct. Mercy really made me think about the consequences of relying too heavily on tech.
Stacy Offei Mar 23, 2026
Did anyone else find the ending a bit too convenient? I needed a bit more closure.
Ngozi Adeyemi Mar 23, 2026
I appreciated the feminist undertones in Mercy. The female characters were complex and empowered.
Yacine Haddad Mar 23, 2026
The cast was phenomenal, especially the detective. He brought so much depth to the character. What a wonderful performance.
Rania Gharbi Mar 23, 2026
I'm still thinking about the implications of an AI-driven justice system. It's food for thought, for sure.
Yves Kouamé Mar 24, 2026
Mercy would require a lot of data to be effective. How would it account for regional differences in crime and social context?
Amina Hassan Mar 24, 2026
As someone who's been affected by false accusations, I'm worried that Mercy might not have the same level of nuance as a human judge.
Mykhailo Bondarenko Mar 24, 2026
The show might be highlighting the need for rehabilitation over punishment. If Mercy can detect the root cause of a crime, it could create a more effective rehabilitation process.
Jung Taehyun Mar 24, 2026
Mercy's AI might be advanced, but what if it's not as reliable as a human eyewitness or forensic expert?
Ingrid Peña Mar 24, 2026
The idea of an AI judging us is unsettling. I fear for the future of justice and our humanity.
Anjali Patel Mar 24, 2026
Mercy is a concept that challenges our assumptions about justice. It makes us question whether a faster decision is always a better one.
Hui Chen Mar 24, 2026
I'm still trying to process how Mercy would handle a complex case like homicide, where the truth is often hidden behind layers of evidence.
Tamara Ramkissoon Mar 24, 2026
The concept of Mercy feels like a commentary on our current justice system's failures. Is it trying to say we're too quick to sentence without understanding the circumstances?
Jackie Wong Mar 24, 2026
Mercy is a step forward, but only if it's backed by human oversight. A system that's too rigid will only perpetuate inequality.
Poppy Wilson Mar 24, 2026
The AI is probably designed to prioritize efficiency, but what about the consequences of a miscarriage of justice when that happens?
Francesco Marino Mar 24, 2026
Mercy would need to integrate data that's sensitive to local context and societal norms. Otherwise, it would be a cookie-cutter solution.
Nnamdi Okwu Mar 24, 2026
What about the potential for Mercy to be hacked or manipulated by those with ulterior motives?
Roger Bello Mar 24, 2026
It's interesting to consider how Mercy would handle cases involving mental health, where the defendant might not be fully in control of their actions.
Nomvula Khumalo Mar 25, 2026
I think the show's exploring the tension between punishment and rehabilitation through Mercy's AI. It's a heavy moral burden for the creators to bear.
Marie Nkomo Mar 25, 2026
I'd love to see more exploration of the human characters in the show, especially the detective who's forced to work within the Mercy system.
Damilola Fashola Mar 25, 2026
I'm curious to see how the show addresses the potential for bias in Mercy's algorithms.
Emil Johansson Mar 25, 2026
I think the show is intentionally making Mercy imperfect to illustrate the complexities of human nature. No AI can replicate empathy or common sense.
Diane Uwimana Mar 25, 2026
The show might be portraying Mercy as a utopian solution, but I worry about its potential for creating a culture of complacency and reliance on technology.
Maria Reyes Mar 25, 2026
Mercy would need to balance fairness and efficiency. If it prioritizes one over the other, it could lead to more problems than it solves.
Inès Dupont Mar 25, 2026
Mercy might be efficient, but what about empathy? How would it treat someone who committed a crime due to desperation rather than malice?
